The Hispanic Leadership Institute will promote the individual development of Hispanics for increased participation in leadership roles and serves as a principal education and networking resource for expertise and advocacy on leadership issues affecting Latino communities.

Program Objectives:

• Identify Latino leaders and develop their leadership and management skills.
• Create opportunities for Latino leaders to interact with experienced community leaders.
• Develop a pool of Latino candidates for effective service on policy-making bodies.
• Create a network or resources for Latino leaders in the public and private sector
